About the Role: 

Vanquish International is looking for a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce 

Manager to manage and grow our presence across major online marketplaces and 

Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on 

experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho accounts along with a good 

understanding of D2C operations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage and optimize marketplace accounts, primarily Amazon, Flipkart, and 

Meesho. 

• Handle product listings, catalog management, A+ content coordination, and 

listing optimization. 

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and advertising strategies to 

drive sales. 

• Monitor sales performance, pricing, and marketplace analytics. 

• Manage and support D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) website operations, including 

product listings, promotions, and performance tracking. 

• Coordinate with marketing teams for online campaigns, traffic growth, and 

conversion optimization. 

• Manage inventory planning and coordinate with operations to avoid stock-outs. 

• Explore opportunities and assist with operations on quick-commerce 

platforms such as Blinkit and Zepto. 

• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and resolve operational issues. 

Requirements: 

• 2–5 years of experience in E-commerce, including managing Amazon, 

Flipkart, and Meesho seller accounts. 

• Experience in D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) operations is required. 

• Basic knowledge or exposure to quick-commerce platforms like Blinkit or Zepto. 

• Strong understanding of marketplace operations including listings, ads, pricing, 

and order management. 

• Good analytical skills and ability to work with marketplace dashboards and 

reports. 

• Strong communication and coordination skills. 

• Candidates who have worked in a startup environment will be preferred. 

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month
