Senior Data Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical individual with an engineering background

and strong mathematical foundations to join our team as a Data Analyst. The ideal candidate

will have experience working with large datasets, deriving insights through root cause analysis

(RCA), and enabling data-driven decision-making through predictive analytics and visualization

tools.

Location: PB Gurgaon Office

Experience: 4-5 years

Key Responsibilities

● Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and root causes behind

key business metrics.

● Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or QuickSight.

● Perform exploratory data analysis and build predictive models to support business

decisions.

● Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into analytical

solutions.

● Drive fast, data-backed decisions using sound judgment and real-time analysis.

● Proactively identify data quality issues and work to resolve them.

Required Skills

● Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Math, or related fields preferred).

● Strong foundation in Mathematics, Probability, Linear Algebra, and Statistics

Hands-on expertise in:

• SQL (Intermediate to Advanced)
• Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Advanced Functions)
• Power BI or Amazon QuickSight (Data modeling, DAX, visual storytelling)
• Python (Pandas, NumPy, basic ML/EDA libraries)

● Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude.

● Ability to work in fast-paced environments and make decisions quickly with limited

information.

● Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Good to Have

● Experience working on revenue maximization problems, pricing, or yield optimization.

● Basic knowledge of ML model building or forecasting techniques.
