Ecommerce Manager

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead multi-brand online operations for The Purple Turtles, Beruru, and Oorjaa lifestyle brands rooted in design, craft, and sustainability.

Location: Indiranagar & Whitefield, Bangalore

Type: Full-time | On-site

Reports to: Head of E-commerce

• Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations across three lifestyle brands.
• Drive online sales performance and monitor conversions and targets.
• Oversee cataloging, CRM, billing, dispatch, and analytics.
• Streamline workflows, optimize SOPs, and lead a cross-functional team.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience across websites and marketplaces.

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations with proven leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify, Razorpay, Cashfree, Interakt, and marketplace tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Prior experience in furniture, home, or lifestyle retail preferred.
