Role Overview
Join a team that works as an embedded growth and operations partner for some of India's most exciting D2C brands including Moxie Beauty, Clay Co., Gush Beauty, Terractive, Asaya, STIM, BE. Life, and others. Instead of operating like a traditional agency, this role involves working closely with brand teams and marketplaces to build scalable, tech-enabled commerce operations. You will leverage data, automation, and AI-led workflows to solve real business problems, improve efficiency, and unlock growth opportunities across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Own and manage marketplace & D2C operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and other channels.
- Drive revenue growth through catalog optimization, pricing, inventory planning, and promotional execution.
- Manage MIS reporting, reconciliations, order flow tracking, and operational performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with catalog, performance marketing, supply chain, and finance teams for seamless execution.
- Identify operational gaps and implement automation and process improvements.
- Ensure strong inventory health and demand forecasting across channels.
- Manage relationships with marketplace account managers and external partners.
Candidate Profile- 13 years experience in e-commerce marketplaces
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data-driven decision making.
- Experience managing multi-channel marketplace operations is preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Based in Gurugram (In-office role).
