Working Days: 5.5 days/week (Alternate Saturdays working)
About the Role:
We are a fast-growing advertising and brand growth agency seeking an experienced and proactive Senior E-commerce & Q-Commerce Manager to lead our online retail and quick-commerce operations.
This is a strategic and client-facing role that combines E-commerce (Amazon, Flipkart,Myntra etc.) and Q-commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.) expertise. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, the ability to lead a team, and a proven track record of driving sales growth through digital marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the face of the company in client meetings, maintaining strong relationships with brand and platform partners.
- Lead and mentor the E-commerce & Q-commerce team for campaign execution and day-to-day operations.
- Strategize and manage performance-driven campaigns across Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, and other marketplaces.
- Plan and execute paid media campaigns with a focus on Return on Sales (ROS) and ROI optimization.
- Coordinate with platform account managers for visibility, promotions, and growth initiatives.
- Ensure timely cataloging, pricing, and inventory management across all platforms.
- Analyze campaign data and marketplace trends to identify growth opportunities and improve performance.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and media teams to deliver impactful client results.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in E-commerce and/or Q-commerce operations, marketing, or account management, preferably in advertising, FMCG, or D2C sectors.
- Hands-on experience with advertising tools on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and client-facing communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple client accounts.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to generate insights and optimize campaigns.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
- English communication should be very strong.
