Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager located in Gurugram. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee the online sales operations, develop and implement strategies to grow e-commerce revenue, and enhance customer experience across digital platforms. Responsibilities include monitoring e-commerce performance, conducting market and sales analysis, collaborating with marketing teams, and ensuring operational excellence in order processing and fulfillment.

• Proficiency in E-Commerce management and Marketing strategies
• Strong Analytical Skills for market and sales data analysis
• Good Communication skills for collaboration with teams and stakeholders
• Background in Sales with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets
• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and rapidly evolving e-commerce trends
• Experience with digital sales platforms, SEO, and digital advertising is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
