Role Overview:

Responsible for managing Minizmo's website & marketplace operations, improving online sales, and ensuring a smooth digital customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage product listings, pricing & inventory

* Oversee online orders, dispatches, returns & customer queries

* Coordinate with warehouse, production & marketing teams

* Monitor website traffic, sales data & marketplace performance

* Run campaigns, SEO activities & content updates

* Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports

Requirements:

* 25 years e-commerce experience

* Knowledge of Shopify/marketplaces & analytics

* Strong coordination, communication & problem-solving skills
