Job Description

Manage end-to-end operations of marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Amazon Global.

Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon & Flipkart Ads to drive sales and improve visibility.

Monitor and improve ROAS and ACoS on a regular basis.

Track daily sales performance, listings health, and account metrics.

Ensure timely stock planning and inventory management to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.

Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, promotions, and new product launches.

Analyze reports and take data-driven actions to improve conversions and profitability.

Handle basic troubleshooting related to listings, ads, and marketplace issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing e-commerce marketplaces.

Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub.

Proven experience in running and optimizing PPC ads.

Clear understanding of ROAS, ACoS, CTR, and conversion metrics.

Good analytical and reporting skills.

Ability to manage multiple SKUs and inventories efficiently.

Self-driven, detail-oriented, and result-focused Preferred.

Experience with Amazon Global / International Selling.

Prior experience in FMCG / Food / Consumer Products category is a plus.
