Job OverviewWe are looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead our online sales strategy across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and our own DTC website. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our digital storefronts, from listing and cataloging to performance marketing and inventory planning. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of marketplace algorithms and a passion for scaling brand growth.
Key Responsibilities- Marketplace Management: Oversee daily operations on Amazon (Seller Central), Flipkart (Seller Hub), and Myntra (Partner Portal).
- DTC Website Growth: Manage the company's Shopify/WooCommerce website, ensuring a smooth user experience, updated banners, and optimized checkout.
- Listing & Cataloging: Create and optimize high-quality product listings (titles, bullet points, A+ content, and SEO-friendly descriptions).
- Inventory & Pricing: Coordinate with the warehouse team, create shipments to ensure stock availability and manage dynamic pricing/promotions during sale events (BBD, GIF, etc.).
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics such as Conversion Rate, Traffic, and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) to provide weekly performance insights.
- Customer Experience: Monitor seller ratings and customer feedback to improve brand reputation across all platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Platform Expertise: Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Sellerflex and Flipkart Seller Hub is mandatory.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with DTC platforms (Shopify preferred) and basic knowledge of Google Analytics.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to read data and translate it into actionable sales strategies.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for coordinating with marketplace category managers and internal teams.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad.
