Ikoho is a design-first, culture-driven footwear brand built for the next generation. We're not just selling shoes — we're building a brand through content, storytelling, and performance.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a sharp, self-driven Ecommerce Manager who can own our marketplace business end-to-end. Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa Man, Flipkart Fashion — you know these platforms like the back of your hand. You've done this before. You don't need to be taught how the game works.

This is not a coordinator role. This is an ownership role.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• End-to-end management of all marketplace accounts — Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa Man, Flipkart Fashion, and more
• Catalog setup, content uploads, size charts, imagery specs — all of it
• Pricing strategy, discount negotiations, and event participation (EORS, Big Fashion Sale, etc.)
• Stock planning and inventory coordination with the ops team
• Daily/weekly performance tracking — GMV, returns, visibility, seller ratings
• Launch strategy for new product drops on marketplaces
• Key account relationship management and seller support escalations
• Resolving return disputes and compliance issues — independently

WHO YOU ARE

• 2–5 years in ecommerce/marketplace roles, specifically in apparel or fashion (non-negotiable)
• Hands-on experience with at least 2 of: Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa Man, Flipkart Fashion
• Platform fluent —seller portals, content specs, promo mechanics, backend ops
• Data-driven — pulls insights from dashboards and acts on them fast
• Self-starter — closes loops, follows up, doesn't wait to be told what's next
• Bonus: prior experience in a D2C brand or startup environment
