As we scale across D2C, marketplaces, and quick commerce, marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, and emerging channels are core growth engines for us.
We're looking for someone who doesn't just manage marketplaces — but owns the entire ecommerce business like a founder. This is a high-ownership, revenue-first role.
Role Overview
As the Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end marketplace growth, profitability, operations, ads, and visibility across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, and other ecommerce platforms.
From GMV to margins, ads to inventory, launches to scale — you own the outcome.
What You'll Own
1️⃣ Marketplace P&L & Revenue Growth
- Own monthly revenue, contribution margins, and growth targets across all marketplaces
- Drive GMV while protecting profitability
- Monitor and optimize TACOS, ACOS, ROAS, CPC, CVR, CTR
- Identify hero SKUs and scale them aggressively
- Plan marketplace calendars (Prime Day, BBD, EORS, Nykaa Sales, Festive Events, etc.)
- Drive new launches and category expansion
2️⃣ Listing & Conversion Optimization
- Ensure catalog accuracy across platforms (titles, bullets, keywords, images, variations)
- Optimize listings for SEO, ranking, and conversion
- Improve CTR & CVR through creatives and keyword optimization
- Run A/B testing on creatives, pricing, and copy
- Monitor category rankings and take corrective action
- Drive content quality across marketplaces (A+, brand stores, videos)
3️⃣ Advertising & Visibility Strategy
- Own marketplace ads across Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Myntra Ads, Nykaa Ads, etc.
- Optimize campaign structure, bidding, keywords, and budgets
- Scale high-performing campaigns and cut waste
- Track share of voice and category presence
- Collaborate with performance marketing team on growth strategy
4️⃣ Inventory & Supply Chain Management
- Forecast demand based on velocity, events, and seasonality
- Prevent stock-outs and dead inventory
- Improve sell-through and inventory turns
- Manage Vendor Central / Seller Central operations
- Minimize returns and manage RTO and cancellation metrics
- Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams
5️⃣ Marketplace Operations & Expansion
- Manage Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio and new marketplace launches
- Drive visibility and sell-through across platforms
- Plan assortment strategy marketplace-wise
- Ensure smooth order processing and SLA adherence
- Maintain seller health metrics
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers for growth opportunities
- Monitor claims, chargebacks, customer feedback, and ratings
What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience managing ecommerce marketplaces
- Hands-on experience with Amazon & Myntra (mandatory)
- Experience with Flipkart / Nykaa / Ajio / other marketplaces (preferred)
- Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, SEO, and ranking factors
- Hands-on experience with Seller Central, Vendor Central, Ads dashboards
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
- Data-driven and commercial mindset
- High ownership and growth-focused approach
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills
- Experience in fashion, jewellery, beauty, or consumer brands (bonus)
- Must be living in Gurgaon
