Ecommerce Manager

About the RoleWe're hiring an E-commerce Manager to work directly under our Head of E-commerce. This is a managerial execution role not a strategy-only position.
The Head of E-commerce owns strategy, direction, and performance targets. Your role is to translate strategy into execution across Shopify, performance marketing, and day-to-day e-commerce operations.
You will be the owner of implementation, ensuring everything decided actually gets built, launched, tracked, and improved.
Key ResponsibilitiesE-commerce & Shopify Management- Execute changes on Shopify as directed (product pages, collections, pricing, merchandising, basic UX updates)
- Manage Shopify backend end-to-end: inventory, SKUs, variants, tagging, order flows
- Ensure stock accuracy and availability in coordination with operations/warehouse teams
- Identify and flag site issues, bugs, or improvement opportunities
Performance Marketing Management- Execute and manage campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Set up campaigns, audiences, creatives, budgets, and tracking based on strategy provided
- Monitor daily performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions)
- Optimise live campaigns and pause/scale based on performance
- Share structured performance reports and insights with the Head of E-commerce
Campaign & Execution Ownership- Ensure campaigns, offers, and launches go live accurately and on time
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, or agencies when required
- Act as the single point of execution between strategy and ground-level implementation
What We're Looking ForMust-Have
- 35 years of hands-on e-commerce experience
- Strong working knowledge of Shopify backend
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Comfortable owning execution without constant supervision
- Strong English communication (daily coordination with Germany-based leadership)
Nice to Have
- Experience in D2C / fashion / footwear / lifestyle brands
- Exposure to CRO, landing pages, and merchandising logic
- Prior experience managing junior team members or vendors
