Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-Commerce Manager located in Noida. The role will focus on managing and scaling online sales across platforms such as Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart. The E-Commerce Manager will oversee platform operations including product listings, advertising, catalog management, pricing, and overall marketplace strategy. The role involves identifying growth opportunities, executing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to drive online growth and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in E-commerce and marketplace management
• Experience handling ads, listings, catalog, and platform operations
• Understanding of quick commerce platforms and online growth strategies
• Proficiency in marketing techniques to drive online engagement and revenue
• Exceptional analytical skills for interpreting sales data and optimizing performance
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in pet care, FMCG, or consumer goods is a plus
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and strategic thinking
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
