Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Manager, located in Delhi, India. The E-commerce Manager will oversee daily management and growth of the organisation's online sales channels. Responsibilities include optimising product listings, executing e-commerce strategies, analysing data to improve performance, coordinating with marketing and sales teams, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in E-Commerce platforms and understanding of online retail operations
• Proficiency in Marketing and Sales strategies for online marketplaces
• Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data and optimise e-commerce performance
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in e-commerce or retail industries is preferred
