We are looking for an experiencedE-commerce Managerto handle and scale our presence across multiple online marketplaces. The role requires hands-on experience with marketplace operations, listing optimization, sales growth, and daily order management. You will work closely with operations, logistics, and customer support to ensure smooth end-to-end e-commerce functioning.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management
- Handle end-to-end operations for all digital and e-commerce platforms including Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Vaaree, and other relevant marketplaces
- Ensure all product listings are live, correctly mapped, and updated across platforms
- Identify and resolve listing errors, product mapping issues, and stock mismatches
Product Listing & Optimization
- Create, upload, and optimize product listings on all marketplaces
- Improve store pages, especially on Amazon and other key platforms, to increase visibility and conversions
- Regularly monitor listing performance and make data-driven improvements
Sales & Marketing
- Plan and execute marketplace-specific sales and marketing strategies
- Drive sales through advertising, promotions, and platform tools
- Analyze sales trends and improve performance using marketing techniques
Order Processing & Operations
- Manage order processing and label printing on a daily basis
- Supervise shipments, returns, cancellations, and reverse logistics
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
Customer & Inventory Management
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations across marketplaces
- Monitor stock levels, especially for Vaaree and other platforms, and ensure accurate inventory updates
Finance & Reporting
- Manage sales tracking and payment reconciliation across all marketplaces
- Prepare and share required reports related to sales, inventory, performance, and operations
Required Skills & Experience- 48 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce or marketplace management
- Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra, Shopify, Vaaree, etc.
- Experience in product listing, catalog management, and store optimization
- Understanding of marketplace ads, promotions, and sales tools
- Ability to manage operations, reports, and reconciliations independently
- Good communication and coordination skills
