E-commerce Manager Marketplaces & International Expansion

Experience: 48 years (D2C / Marketplace-led brands preferred)
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on E-commerce Manager to own and scale our marketplace business across Indian marketplaces, quick commerce, and international platforms. This role requires strong execution, data ownership, platform expertise, and cross-functional coordination.
You will be responsible for P&L, growth, visibility, operations, and expansion across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Indian Marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra)
- Own end-to-end marketplace P&L (revenue, margins, ROAS, burn)
- Drive catalog health: listing quality, SEO, keywords, images, A+ content
- Plan & execute sales events (Big Billion Days, Prime Day, Myntra EORS)
- Manage platform ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Myntra Ads)
- Track Buy Box, pricing parity, suppression issues, penalties
- Coordinate inventory forecasting & replenishment with ops
2. Quick Commerce (Blinkit / Zepto / Swiggy Instamart if applicable)
- Launch and scale SKUs on quick commerce platforms
- Ensure high fill rates, pricing control & stock rotation
- Optimize assortment for high-velocity, low-return SKUs
- Monitor daily performance & solve operational bottlenecks fast
3. International Marketplaces (Etsy, Amazon Global, Others)
- Launch & manage Etsy store (listing optimization, creatives, keywords)
- Coordinate international shipping, compliance & returns
- Analyze country-wise demand & identify scale markets
- Manage pricing, margins & customer experience globally
4. Growth, Analytics & Optimization
- Track daily dashboards: Revenue, TACOS, ROAS, Conversion, Returns
- Identify underperforming SKUs & execute recovery plans
- Run pricing experiments & bundle strategies
- Optimize AOV via combos, cross-selling & assortment planning
5. Cross-Functional Ownership
- Work with performance marketing, design, warehouse & finance
- Coordinate catalog launches & festive readiness
- Ensure compliance with platform policies & audits
- Own escalations, claims, chargebacks & account health
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Proven experience managing 5Cr+ monthly GMV
- Deep understanding of marketplace ads & unit economics
- Excellent data skills (Excel / Sheets / dashboards)
- Ability to operate independently with ownership mindset
Good-to-Have
- Experience with Quick Commerce/Marketplace
- International selling experience (Etsy / Amazon Global)
- Familiarity with Unicommerce / ClickPost / Shopify
- Experience in religious / lifestyle / D2C brands
