Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven E-Commerce Manager to lead and scale our online marketplace business across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Blinkit, Zepto, JioMart, BigBasket, and other emerging channels.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing marketplace operations, growth strategies, cataloging, performance marketing, inventory planning, and P&L ownership. This role requires someone who can drive revenue growth while ensuring operational excellence across multiple online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

  • Manage end-to-end operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Blinkit, Zepto, JioMart, BigBasket, and other marketplaces.
  • Optimize product listings, catalog health, pricing, and content to maximize visibility and conversions.
  • Monitor marketplace performance metrics and implement growth initiatives.

Revenue & Growth

  • Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Drive sales growth through assortment expansion, pricing optimization, and promotional planning.
  • Identify new channel opportunities and lead marketplace expansion initiatives.

Performance Marketing

  • Manage marketplace advertising campaigns including Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Blinkit Ads, Zepto Ads and other platform marketing solutions.
  • Optimize ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, and overall marketing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on digital acquisition and brand-building campaigns.

P&L & Business Planning

  • Own marketplace P&L and profitability.
  • Analyze sales trends, contribution margins, and operational costs.
  • Develop revenue forecasts and business plans to achieve growth objectives.

Inventory & Operations

  • Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams for inventory planning and replenishment.
  • Maintain healthy stock levels and minimize stock-outs.
  • Establish and improve SOPs to enhance operational efficiency.

Product Launch & Category Growth

  • Lead new product launches across marketplaces.
  • Manage product assortment and category expansion strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for successful go-live execution.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with marketplace account managers.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, promotional opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, finance, and product.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4-8 years of experience in E-commerce, Marketplace Growth, Category Management, or Online Business.
  • Strong experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Blinkit, Zepto, Nykaa, or similar platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with marketplace advertising and performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of catalog management, pricing, promotions, and inventory planning.
  • Experience owning revenue targets and P&L.
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, reporting, and marketplace analytics tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
  • Experience in D2C, FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Fashion, Beauty, Homecare, or Lifestyle categories.
  • Experience launching brands or products on multiple marketplaces.
