Job Overview:

Aanura Faishon is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to manage and grow the brand's online sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling online marketplaces, logistics coordination, inventory management, warehouse operations, and order fulfilment to ensure smooth e-commerce processes and excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations across online platforms and marketplaces.

Handle product listings, catalogue management, product descriptions, and pricing updates.

Coordinate with logistics partners and courier services for timely order dispatch and delivery.

Manage inventory tracking and stock availability across e-commerce platforms and the warehouse.

Coordinate with the warehouse team for order packing, dispatch, and stock reconciliation.

Monitor order processing, returns, cancellations, refunds, and replacements.

Ensure proper inventory forecasting and stock planning.

Maintain and generate sales reports, order reports, and inventory reports (MIS).

Monitor marketplace performance and improve sales and product visibility.

Manage customer queries related to orders, products, and delivery status.

Requirements:

46 years of experience in E-Commerce Operations or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and warehouse operations.

Experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.

Understanding of order management systems and shipment tracking.

Experience in stock management and inventory audits.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

Ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
