About MARS Cosmetics:
As we enter our next phase of growth, Mars is looking to expand into international markets, beginning with UAE, followed by the UK and Europe, with a strong focus on marketplace-led ecommerce expansion. We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to build Mars international business from the ground up.
Role Overview:
The Head International Business Development will be responsible for building and scaling Mars Cosmetics international presence from scratch. This role requires a hands-on builder who can identify market opportunities, launch marketplace operations, establish distributor partnerships, navigate regulatory requirements, and create the operational foundation for global growth.

Pricing & Commercial Strategy-
Develop international pricing structures considering:
Ensure global pricing alignment with brand positioning.
International Growth Roadmap -
Key Requirements:
Marketplace Expertise -
Strong understanding of: Amazon Global, Selling Amazon UAE / UK / EU, Noon marketplace, International ecommerce logistics.
Market Expansion Experience-
Experience in one or more of the following:
Builder Mindset-
What Success Looks Like (First 18 Months) -
Mars Cosmetics successfully launched on Amazon UAE and Noon Establishment of distribution partnerships in the Middle East Launch of Mars on Amazon UK Creation of a scalable international expansion playbook.
