Website & Platform Management
- Oversee website merchandising, uploads, product categorization, size charts, and visual consistency.
- Coordinate with design, production & content teams for timely listing of new collections.
- Ensure UX smoothness, zero-bug checkouts, fast loading, and page hygiene.
Sales Growth & Conversion
- Manage daily sales, abandonment recovery, and conversion funnels.
- Run pricing checks, offer setups, coupons, and inventory push strategies.
- Identify high-intent SKUs and optimize visibility for wedding-season & occasion-wear customers.
Customer Journey & Service Alignment
- Align with CS team for smooth order-to-delivery experience.
- Monitor return requests, exchanges, and customer behavior insights.
- Build processes that reduce delays and improve customer satisfaction.
Marketing Coordination
- Coordinate with marketing & content teams for campaign launch calendars.
- Ensure homepage + banners align with collection drops & festive/wedding cycles.
- Work closely with performance marketing on ROAS, funnels, and remarketing segments.
Inventory & Operations
- Sync with warehouse/dispatch team for stock accuracy.
- Track bestsellers vs. slow-moving categories and push/phase accordingly.
- Maintain dashboards: sales, SKU performance, inventory ageing.
Analytics & Reporting
- Daily dashboards: sales, traffic, CR, AOV, top customer segments.
- Weekly and monthly business reviews with action plans.
Qualifications
- 24 years working brand-side at a D2C company (not only agencies or marketplaces).
- Hands-on experience with Shopify Admin (products, collections, pricing, and promotions).
- Strong communication and comfort working with numbers (targets, deltas, timelines).
- Ownership mindset and ability to coordinate with multiple teams effectively.
