Ecommerce HR ( Human Resource )

Location: Sector 27, Noida (Near DLF Mall of India)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to build and manage our

human resources function from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a

fast-paced environment, understands hiring for D2C/e-commerce businesses, and can

contribute to building a strong, positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Hiring

● Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting → sourcing → screening → interviewing →

final selection

● Coordinate and conduct offline/in-person interviews

● Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements

● Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates, especially from D2C, e-commerce, or digital

agencies

2. HR Operations

● Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation

● Maintain employee records and HR databases

● Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes

● Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks

3. Employee Management & Culture

● Act as a bridge between management and employees

● Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture

● Address employee queries and ensure smooth HR operations

● Help build a collaborative and motivated team environment

4. Policy & Process Development

● Assist in setting up HR policies and processes from scratch

● Ensure compliance with company guidelines and best practices

Candidate Profile

● Prior experience in D2C, e-commerce companies, or digital agencies (preferred)

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills

● Good negotiation and stakeholder management abilities

● Hands-on, detail-oriented, and highly organized

● Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently

Location Preference

● Candidates based near Noida (Sector 27 or nearby areas) will be preferred for ease of

commute
