Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located at our New Delhi office. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and lead the HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, policy development, and compliance. The role involves designing and implementing effective HR strategies, managing HR systems, facilitating employee training and development programs, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The manager will also handle performance management, employee onboarding, and collaborate closely with leadership to drive organizational success.

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive understanding of Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Workforce Planning
  • Proficiency in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Organizational Behavior
  • Strong background in Policy Development and ensuring Compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Experience in designing and executing Employee Training, Development, and Performance Management programs
  • Knowledge of HR Systems, Reporting, and Data Analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to manage and lead a team
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in an HR management role is preferred
