Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment Operations
- Manage order processing, dispatch tracking, and GRN closures across platforms
- Ensure seamless order flow from system to warehouse dispatch within timelines
- Monitor delays, cancellations, and exceptions and take corrective actions
Inventory Control
- Maintain accurate inventory across platforms and warehouse locations
- Perform regular stock reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
- Track stock movement including inward, outward, and returns
Warehouse Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with 3PL warehouses, vendors, and logistics partners
- Plan and execute dispatch schedules
- Conduct periodic warehouse visits for audits and issue resolution
Issue Resolution Operations Handling
- Resolve operational issues (SO vs LR mismatch, receiving issues, returns)
- Ensure timely closure of pending cases and escalations
- Manage high-volume operations with minimal supervision
Reporting Performance Tracking
- Track daily KPIs (dispatch, returns, stock accuracy, delays)
- Prepare daily/weekly reports
- Identify gaps and implement corrective actions
Skills Required
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data handling)
- Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities
- High accountability with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation
