What You'll Do- Own and manage Riderz Planet's Shopify store end-to-end product listings, inventory updates, website look & feel, and performance optimization.
- Work on website conversions: improve product descriptions, SEO, banners, and checkout experience.
- Manage and integrate payment gateway portals (Razorpay, PayU, etc.) ensuring smooth transactions.
- Design attractive creatives using Canva for web, campaigns, and social media support.
- Analyze traffic, sales reports, and suggest strategies to improve conversions.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for promotions, offers, and new launches.
- Ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and timely execution in all tasks.
What We're Looking For- Hands-on Shopify expert (store setup, apps, payments, shipping, backend, front-end edits).
- Strong grasp of website metrics, SEO basics, and e-commerce sales funnels.
- Proficiency in Canva (graphics, banners, creatives).
- Excellent English writing skills (product descriptions, blogs, customer comms).
- Experience with payment gateway portals (Razorpay, PayU, etc.).
- Pro-active, team-oriented mindset with leadership potential.
- Detail-oriented with a flair for creativity.
Growth OpportunityThis role starts with individual ownership but offers the opportunity to build and lead an e-commerce team as the business scales.
Good to Have- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads / Google Ads (running campaigns).
- Familiarity with email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
- Interest in the motorcycling industry (huge plus).
