We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to support daily operations across multiple international marketplaces. This is a growth-focused role ideal for someone with foundational experience in online selling platforms and a drive to take ownership with structured guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations across platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Target, Home Depot, and eBay
- Create and enhance product listingstitles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and keyword optimization
- Track inventory levels, pricing strategies, and competitor benchmarks
- Assist with order processing, shipment creation, and tracking workflows
- Compile performance reports and interpret advertising metrics for actionable insights
- Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and return requests with professionalism
- Collaborate with internal teams to update product content, pricing, and catalog accuracy
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations
- Familiarity with listing tools, inventory management systems, and fulfillment workflows
- Basic understanding of paid advertising and performance tracking (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, etc.)
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
