Job Overview:
The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing product listings across multiple e-commerce and quick commerce platforms. This includes platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Snapdeal, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and others. The role focuses on improving product visibility, optimizing conversions, and driving sales growth while maintaining brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Listing Creation and Management
- Create, update, and manage product listings across multiple platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Snapdeal, and quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart
- Ensure listings include accurate titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and specifications
- Optimize product attributes as per platform-specific requirements to improve discoverability
2. Listing Optimization Across Platforms
- Perform keyword research and implement SEO strategies to maximize organic visibility
- Customize content for each platform based on user behavior and ranking algorithms
- Optimize titles, descriptions, and images to improve CTR and conversion rates
- Adapt content strategy specifically for quick commerce (short descriptions, fast-moving SKUs, high-visibility thumbnails)
3. Brand Consistency and Content Management
- Ensure all listings align with brand guidelines in tone, messaging, and visuals
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams for creatives, banners, and product images
- Maintain consistent branding across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms
4. Inventory and Pricing Management
- Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams for real-time stock updates
- Manage stock levels across all platforms, including quick commerce dark stores
- Prevent stock-outs and overstock situations
- Update pricing regularly based on competition, promotions, and platform dynamics
5. Sales Monitoring and Performance Analytics
- Track KPIs such as sales, CTR, conversion rates, and product rankings
- Monitor platform dashboards and analytics tools for performance insights
- Identify growth opportunities and optimize listings accordingly
- Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights
6. Customer Feedback and Review Management
- Monitor reviews and ratings across platforms
- Coordinate internally to address issues impacting product ratings
- Analyze feedback trends to improve listings and product positioning
7. Quick Commerce Operations Management
- Manage product onboarding and visibility on quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.)
- Ensure product availability across multiple dark stores and locations
- Optimize product assortment for high-demand and fast-moving SKUs
- Work closely with quick commerce account managers for better placement and visibility
- Plan and execute promotions, discounts, and campaigns specific to quick commerce
- Monitor real-time performance and sales velocity on quick commerce platforms
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years in e-commerce and/or quick commerce management
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and quick commerce dashboards
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO, product optimization, and platform algorithms
- Tools: Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in listings, pricing, and data handling
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Amazon A+ Content and Enhanced Brand Content
- Experience in Amazon PPC and platform ads
- Familiarity with Google Ads and performance marketing
- Experience handling quick commerce platforms and dark store inventory
- Understanding of fast-moving consumer behavior in quick commerce
