Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end product catalogue on major marketplaces and webstores—create and maintain SKUs, images, titles, bullet points, and A+ content for improved discoverability.
- Optimize product listings for conversion and search (marketplace SEO): keyword research, content updates, and image optimisation to boost organic traffic and CTR.
- Execute pricing, promotions, and deal campaigns in coordination with sales and inventory teams to maximise sell-through and margin.
- Monitor orders, returns, refunds, and customer queries; coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to maintain SLA and reduce fulfilment issues.
- Run and optimise paid marketplace campaigns and basic PPC ads; track ACOS/ROAS and recommend budget adjustments to improve ROI.
- Generate regular performance reports (sales, traffic, conversion, inventory health); analyse trends and propose actionable improvements.
