Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Early Childhood Education (NTT, Montessori, ECE, CIDTT trained) preferred; any graduation considered.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in early years.
- Passionate about working with young children and fostering their overall development.
Key Responsibilities
Classroom Management
- Execute daily lesson plans and ensure smooth classroom operations.
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities, feeding, and nap routines.
- Maintain order and instill good manners and values among children.
Team Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with teachers and centre staff.
- Be punctual and reliable, providing notice for absences.
- Maintain a positive attitude and approach feedback constructively.
Administrative & Tech Responsibilities
- Maintain records and reports as required.
- Use MS Office (Word, Excel) and internet tools for classroom documentation.
Professional Conduct
- Communicate directly and professionally with colleagues.
- Avoid gossip and uphold the organization's values.
