Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Early Childhood Educator at our L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad location. The Educator will be responsible for planning and engaging children in age-appropriate, hands-on activities that support their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Responsibilities include preparing personalized learning experiences, fostering positive interactions with children and parents, maintaining a safe and organized learning environment, and documenting and observing children's growth. Collaboration with team members and participation in professional development opportunities will also be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Knowledge and practice in Early Childhood Development and experience working with children in a professional setting.
• Creativity skills, with an ability to design engaging, child-centered activities and learning experiences.
• Excellent organization skills for planning and maintaining well-structured classrooms and learning materials.
• Patience, adaptability, and a passion for nurturing young learners.
• Qualifications such as a degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field are preferred.
• Previous experience with the Reggio Emilia approach or play-based learning environments is a plus.
