About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to manage end-to-end operations across our website and marketplaces such as Nykaa and Myntra. This role involves overseeing inventory, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, and optimizing overall marketplace performance.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate and real-time inventory across all platforms
• Ensure stock synchronization between warehouse and marketplaces
• Monitor stock levels and plan timely replenishment to avoid stock-outs or overstocking

Order Fulfillment

• Manage the complete order lifecycle from processing to delivery
• Handle returns, cancellations, and customer issue resolution efficiently

Marketplace Operations

• Manage product listings, pricing, and catalog accuracy
• Ensure high visibility and error-free operations across platforms

Campaign Execution

• Plan and execute promotions and marketplace campaigns
• Optimize pricing and track campaign performance

Coordination

• Work closely with warehouse, production, and marketplace teams
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operational flow

Reporting & Analysis

• Track sales, inventory, and performance metrics
• Generate insights to improve efficiency and growth

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations
• Hands-on experience with Unicommerce
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
