You are the operational backbone of our e-commerce business. Your three core areas of ownership are:
1. Shopify & Website Operations
- Daily order processing and fulfilment coordination
- Product listings — accuracy, stock levels, images, descriptions
- Inventory management and low-stock alerts
2. Order Fulfilment & Logistics
- End-to-end order tracking across Shiprocket, Delhivery, and Dunzo/Porter
- Courier coordination and exception management (delays, lost shipments, failed deliveries)
- Daily dispatch hygiene — every order ships within committed SLA
3. Customer Service
- First-response ownership for all WhatsApp and email queries
- Order status updates, delay communication, complaint resolution
- Returns and replacement processing
