who thrive on ownership, speed, and hustle. We are looking for an E-commerce Manager to fuel our
growth engine and drive our presence across leading E-commerce and Q-commerce platforms.
Role Overview
We are seeking an E-commerce Manager with 3-4 years of proven experience in scaling brands
on marketplaces - especially Amazon. The ideal candidate will own the P&L, drive sales growth,
manage day-to-day operations, and expand our brand footprint across marketplaces and
Q-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. P&L & Growth Ownership:
Own and manage the P&L for all marketplace channels (Amazon, Flipkart, Q-commerce
platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, etc.).
Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
2. Marketplace Management:
Manage end-to-end marketplace operations listings, pricing, promotions, inventory
allocation, order processing, and returns.
Oversee product listings optimization with SEO-friendly titles, bullet points, A+ content,
and enhanced images to boost conversion rates.
Plan and execute platform-specific promotional events, lightning deals, and campaigns.
3. Sales Forecasting & Inventory Management:
Prepare monthly and quarterly sales forecasts based on demand trends, seasonality, and
promotional calendars.
Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure optimum stock availability
and minimal stockouts/overstocking.
4. Marketing & Advertising:
Plan and execute marketplace advertising campaigns (Amazon Sponsored Ads, Flipkart
Ads etc) to maximize ROI.
Monitor advertising performance and adjust campaigns to optimize ACOS and sales
performance.
5. Relationship Management:
Maintain strong working relationships with account/category managers at marketplaces to
secure best deals and visibility.
Negotiate improved margins, marketing support, and priority placements.
6. Analytics & Reporting:
Track and analyze marketplace KPIs - sales, conversion, traffic, advertising performance,
inventory health.
Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:
Experience: 3-4 years in e-commerce marketplace management, experience in consumer
electronics/appliances big plus.
Proven success in growing business on Amazon; experience with Q-commerce platforms
(Blinkit, Zepto, etc.) is a strong plus.
Strong P&L management experience, with ability to balance growth and profitability.
Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, marketplace algorithms, and advertising
platforms.
Skilled in sales forecasting, inventory planning, promotions, and operations.
Proficient in Excel, data analytics, and marketplace dashboards.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
