Role Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented, platform-savvy Ecommerce Manager to take full ownership of our B2B digital product presence. You'll be the bridge between our brand and our customers, ensuring that whether someone shops on our website or finds us on marketplaces, they see accurate, optimized, and high-converting listings.
You aren't just uploading filesyou're managing a multi-channel ecosystem. You'll ensure our inventory syncs, our SEO is sharp, and our brand looks premium across every digital shelf.
What You'll Do
- Channel Management: Build, maintain, and optimize B2B product listings on WordPress and major marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Sears, etc.).
- Catalog Integrity: Ensure all product data (titles, descriptions, images, and attributes) is accurate, consistent, and follows channel-specific requirements.
- Marketplace Growth: Monitor account health, manage seller ratings, and navigate the specific backend nuances of Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center.
- Inventory Syncing: Work with our integration tools to ensure stock levels are accurate across all platforms to prevent overselling.
What We're Looking For
- Proven Experience: 3+ years managing multi-channel ecommerce listings.
- Technical Fluency: Deep comfort with WordPress/WooCommerce/Shopify
- Marketplace Mastery: You know your way around Amazon Seller Central and Walmart's backend like the back of your hand.
- Attention to Detail: You're the type of person who notices a typo in a bullet point from a mile away.
- Problem Solver: You don't panic when a listing gets suppressed; you dive into the why and fix it.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with feed management tools (like ChannelAdvisor, Feedonomics, or Sellbrite).
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for WordPress tweaks.
- Experience with Amazon PPC or Walmart Connect.
Qualifications
- Strong Service and effective Communication skills to address customer needs and inquiries professionally.
- Proficiency in Order Processing and Sales, with the ability to handle transactions efficiently and meet targets.
- Experience in Administrative Assistance, including inventory management, documentation, and support for e-commerce operations.
- Tech-savviness, with the ability to navigate e-commerce platforms and related tools effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of operations and records.
- Previous experience in e-commerce operations or retail businesses is a plus.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
