TEE ESS – E-commerce & Growth Lead (D2C / Beauty)

Location: Pune

Experience: 5–7 Years

Salary Budget: 10 LPA to 12 LPA.

Industry: Cosmetics / Beauty / Personal Care

Role Overview

This role will be responsible for end-to-end management and performance of our online business

across D2C and marketplaces, including coordination with external partners and driving day-to-day

decisions. You will manage and drive performance across multiple external partners including

performance marketing agencies, marketplace agencies, logistics partners, and manufacturers.

Your role is to ensure all moving parts work together to drive revenue, efficiency, and customer

experience while presenting clear insights and action plans.

Key Responsibilities

1 Own end-to-end revenue across D2C website and marketplaces (Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart,

Myntra, Meesho, etc.)

2 Manage and coordinate external partners (performance marketing agency, marketplace

agency, logistics/seller partner)

3 Review and challenge agency performance, ensuring alignment with revenue and ROI goals

4 Build and own weekly dashboards covering revenue, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates

5 Analyze performance trends and clearly explain why numbers moved

6 Recommend actionable next steps based on data insights

7 Optimize website funnels, product pages, and marketplace listings for conversion

8 Oversee inventory coordination, stock planning, and fulfillment with partners

9 Ensure marketplace hygiene including listings, pricing, availability, and content quality

10 Collaborate with internal accountant for reconciliation and financial tracking

11 Support expansion into offline channels including retail kiosks and other physical distribution

What We're Looking For

1 5–7 years experience in e-commerce, D2C, or growth roles

2 Experience in cosmetics, skincare, or personal care brands preferred

3 Hands-on understanding of major marketplaces (Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)

4 Exposure to offline expansion (retail kiosks, modern trade, or distribution) is a strong plus

5 Experience managing agencies or cross-functional vendors

6 Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make decisions

7 Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment

8 Strong communication skills to present insights and recommendations clearly
