Location: Pune

Experience: 7 to 10 Years

Overview

As a Business Intelligence Lead, you'll collaborate with business partners to identify data needs and translate them into actionable insights that drive business results. Your role involves managing data solutions, coordinating with multi-functional teams, and ensuring data and analytics align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development of data strategies and prioritize initiatives to support business goals.
  • Provide direction as to where data and analytics could be leveraged to make key business decisions. Have a proven understating of how the business works, what the operational processes look like to make more effective data-driven decisions
  • Contribute to high-impact projects from ideation to delivery within an Agile framework.
  • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear expectations.
  • Maintain partnerships to ensure smooth transitions from research to business operations.
  • Use data management tools to convert complex data into clear business insights.
  • Create data visualizations to monitor and detect patterns in business results.

Qualifications

Education: BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science / Engineering / Analytics

Skills Needed, Minimum

  • Proficiency in SQL, SAS, Power BI, Tableau or other analytic tools
  • Beginner knowledge of Digital Performance measurement and Marketing Campaigns (execution & reporting) at scale.

Skills Needed, Optimal

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 7 to 10 years of experience in analytics, consulting, or project management.
  • Solid understanding of business operations, analytical techniques, and decision-making processes.
  • Proficient in data analysis, business performance evaluation, and identifying actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in synthesizing complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Retirement/financial services industry experience preferred.
