Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior E-commerce Executive to manage daily online marketplace operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience with order processing, inventory management, and marketplace platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end order processing across platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify)
- Manage and update inventory regularly to ensure stock accuracy
- Work on the Shiprocket panel for order processing, tracking, and shipment coordination
- Maintain listing hygiene across all marketplaces (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, etc.)
- Assist in creating and managing Amazon A+ Content
- Monitor orders, returns, cancellations, and resolverelated issues
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery tracking
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify
- Understanding of order processing workflows
- Experience in inventory management
- Familiarity with Shiprocket (preferred)
- Knowledge of Amazon A+ Content (preferred)
- Ability to maintain listing quality and accuracy
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
