About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage and optimize the day-to-day operations of our skincare brand across online marketplaces and our D2C website.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, inventory coordination, order processing, and promotions tracking. Experience in the beauty, skincare or cosmetics industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. E-Commerce Operations

• Manage platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, instamart, and other relevant marketplaces.
• Ensure products are live, correctly categorized, and available for purchase.
• Monitor product listings, pricing, stock availability, images, descriptions, and product attributes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Monitor cancellations, returns, refunds, RTOs, and customer-related operational issues.
• Coordinate marketplace promotions, deals, campaigns, and sale events.
• Resolve listing, catalog, payment, inventory, and account-related issues with marketplace teams.
• Track fast-moving, slow-moving, and out-of-stock SKUs.
• Ensure orders are processed, packed, shipped, and delivered within defined timelines.
• Maintain accurate inventory and order records.

2. Sales & Performance Tracking

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly e-commerce performance reports.
• Track key metrics such as GMV, revenue, orders, AOV, conversion rate, cancellations, returns, RTO, and SKU-wise sales.
• Support the E-Commerce Manager in forecasting sales and planning inventory.

3. Promotions & Campaigns

• Coordinate with marketing teams for online campaigns, product launches, discounts, and promotional activities.
• Ensure promotional pricing and offers are correctly implemented across platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.
• Coordinate with marketplace account managers for upcoming sale events and promotional opportunities.

4. Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain accurate e-commerce MIS and operational trackers.
• Coordinate closely with Marketing, Warehouse, Finance, Customer Support, Supply Chain, and Product teams.
• Reconcile orders, sales, returns, refunds, and marketplace settlements with the finance team.
• Maintain documentation of marketplace issues, claims, and resolutions.

5. Required Skills

• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and marketplace management.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra, Nykaa, blinkit or similar platforms.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

6. Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
