Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in catalog management, product listings, inventory handling, and shipment processing across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
• Create and optimize product catalogs (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, A+ content coordination)
• Ensure accurate and updated product information, pricing, and inventory levels
• Handle inventory planning and coordination with warehouse teams
• Monitor stock levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking
• Create and manage shipments (FBA/FBM) and coordinate dispatch processes
• Track order processing, returns, and customer issues with operations team
• Work closely with marketing and design teams for listing optimization
• Analyze listing performance and suggest improvements
• Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines and policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred: Business, Marketing, or related)
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.
• Strong knowledge of cataloging, listing, and inventory management
• Familiarity with shipment creation and order processing workflows
• Basic understanding of Excel / Google Sheets
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in beauty/cosmetics or FMCG industry
• Experience with tools like Helium 10
