E-commerce Executive

We're Hiring — E-commerce Executive | Zavya | Gurugram

Zavya is looking for a sharp, curious, and execution-driven E-commerce Executive who wants to build a strong foundation in e-commerce from a 360° business perspective.

This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience who is keen to learn how an e-commerce business actually runs across listings, pricing, advertising, marketplace operations, supply chain coordination, reporting, and growth execution.

We are not just looking for someone to upload listings. We are looking for someone who can think, learn fast, work with data, and take ownership of day-to-day execution across multiple e-commerce channels.

Role Details

Role: E-commerce Executive

Location: Sector 58, Gurugram

Work Mode: Full-Time | Work From Office

Experience: 1–2 years

Compensation: 5–6 LPA, depending on experience and fit

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Operations

Support day-to-day execution across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms such as:

• Amazon
• Flipkart
• Myntra
• Nykaa
• Blinkit
• Zepto
• Other emerging channels

Assist in managing platform operations, issue resolution, product availability, pricing hygiene, and campaign execution.

2. Product Listings & Catalogue Management

• Create, update, and maintain product listings across marketplaces.
• Coordinate for titles, descriptions, images, attributes, keywords, and platform-specific content requirements.
• Ensure listing hygiene, catalogue accuracy, and timely launch of new products.
• Track listing errors, suppression issues, and content gaps.

3. Pricing & Offer Execution

• Support pricing updates across platforms.
• Track price parity, offer hygiene, discount execution, and event readiness.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure pricing accuracy and timely implementation.
• Monitor platform-level pricing issues and escalate deviations.

4. Operations & Supply Chain Coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams for stock availability, order flow, replenishment, and dispatch-related issues.
• Support channel-wise inventory tracking and product availability.
• Follow up on operational issues that impact sales, availability, or customer experience.
• Help identify gaps between business, catalogue, operations, and supply chain execution.

5. Reporting & Data Analysis

• Maintain daily and weekly trackers for sales, inventory, pricing, listings, ads, and operational issues.
• Work extensively on Excel and Google Sheets.
• Use data to identify gaps, trends, and action points.
• Prepare structured updates and reports for internal reviews.

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, catalogue, ads, or growth operations.
• Basic understanding of platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, or similar marketplaces.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to work with data, formulas, trackers, and reports.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• High ownership mindset and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and follow-up discipline.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Detail-oriented approach with strong execution capability.

Good to Have

• Experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra, Nykaa, or quick commerce platforms.
• Basic understanding of marketplace ads.
• Knowledge of catalogue uploads, pricing updates, inventory reports, or campaign execution.
• Comfort with dashboards, pivot tables, lookup formulas, and structured reporting.
