Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings across major e-commerce marketplaces
• Oversee order processing, tracking, and coordination
• Monitor inventory, pricing, discounts, and promotional activities
• Handle customer queries and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate documentation
• Coordinate effectively with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in E-commerce operations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Excel & basic analytical abilities
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving
