We're looking for a hands-on Retail Sales & E-commerce Executive to drive both in-store and online sales for a growing consumer brand. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and working in a fast-paced startup environment.
What you'll do:
- Manage day-to-day retail sales and deliver strong customer experiences
- Handle online orders, listings, inventory updates, and customer queries
- Drive sales across website and marketplaces
- Support promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns
- Track sales, stock, and basic performance metrics
What we're looking for:
- 23 years of experience in retail sales and/or e-commerce
- Strong customer communication and sales mindset
- Familiarity with Shopify/WooCommerce and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets
- Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented
