Job Summary

We are looking for an E-commerce Executive – D2C to manage the day-to-day operations and growth activities of our D2C website. The candidate will work closely with marketing, operations, and other internal teams to ensure smooth website operations and support online sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

·      Manage day-to-day operations of the D2C website.

·      Update and manage product listings, pricing, offers, banners, and website content.

·      Monitor daily sales, orders, traffic, conversion, and product performance.

·      Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions and online campaigns.

·      Support execution of performance marketing, CRM, and promotional activities.

·      Track website performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and conversion.

·      Monitor inventory and coordinate with the operations/supply chain team to avoid stock-outs.

·      Analyze competitor pricing, offers, products, and online activities.

·      Prepare daily/weekly/monthly e-commerce reports and dashboards.

·      Coordinate with customer service and operations teams to resolve order, return, cancellation, and customer-related issues.

·      Support new product launches and promotional campaigns on the D2C website.

Required Skills

·      2–3 years of experience in D2C / E-commerce / Online Sales.

·      Experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.

·      Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.

·      Understanding of basic e-commerce metrics such as sales, conversion rate, AOV, traffic, CAC, and ROAS.

·      Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

·      Strong coordination and communication skills.

·      Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
