Junior Account Executive – D2C E-commerce
We're looking for a Junior Account Executive to handle day-to-day accounting and data entry for our D2C e-commerce business. You'll work closely with the accounts and operations team to keep our financial records accurate across our website, marketplaces, and payment platforms.
What You'll Do
- Enter and update daily sales, payment, and expense data in Zoho/Tally
- Match Shopify sales with payment gateway settlements (Razorpay/PayU/Cashfree)
- Reconcile Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplace payouts with actual orders
- Track COD collections, returns, and refunds
- Process vendor and courier/logistics invoices
- Help with GST and TCS reconciliation for marketplace sales
- Spot and fix mismatches in sales, payment, or inventory data
- Maintain Excel trackers and basic MIS reports
- Support the team during monthly closing and audits
What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in D2C/e-commerce accounting or data entry
- Working knowledge of Zoho, Tally, Shopify, and Excel
- Basic understanding of GST and accounting principles
- Comfortable with marketplace seller panels (Amazon, Tata Cliq, Nykaa, Shopify etc.) a plus
