E-commerce Executive Catalogue & Marketplace Operations

Zavya is looking for an E-commerce Executive to own catalogue execution, listing hygiene, and day-to-day marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and quick commerce. This is a strong first or second role for someone who wants to learn marketplaces properly, from the data up.

What You'll Own

• Create, update, and maintain product listings across all marketplaces and internal systems.

• Own catalogue hygiene: titles, images, descriptions, attributes, pricing, tags, and platform fields.

• Run bulk uploads, pricing changes, offer setup, and product corrections accurately and on time.

• Find and fix listing errors, suppressed listings, missing images, and incorrect pricing before they cost sales.

• Coordinate with creative, merchandising, and warehouse teams to get new launches live.

• Maintain launch, catalogue, pricing, and issue trackers; share a clean daily status.

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years in e-commerce operations, catalogue management, marketplace operations, or D2C operations.

• Exposure to Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Shopify, Blinkit, or Zepto seller panels.

• Strong Excel / Google Sheets — you are comfortable with large product data.

• High attention to detail. In this role, a wrong price is a real cost.

• Strong follow-up discipline and genuine curiosity about how marketplaces work.
