Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Executive, based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing e-commerce accounts, maintaining product listings, ensuring smooth transactions, analyzing sales data to identify trends, and developing strategies to increase online sales. Other responsibilities include collaborating with sales teams, managing customer queries, executing marketing activities, and providing regular performance reports to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Account Management and Sales processes
• Strong Analytical Skills to analyze e-commerce data and identify trends
• Experience in Sales Management and developing strategies to drive sales growth
• Team Management skills, including the ability to coordinate efforts across multiple teams
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools is an advantage
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
• Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
