Responsibilities
- Manage product listings, price updates, promotions, and stock status across all marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Tata Cliq, etc. ).
- Ensure all listings are live, updated, and correctly mapped to categories.
- Monitor orders daily and coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch team for timely fulfilment.
- Track stock levels on marketplaces and Unicommerce (or other inventory panels) to avoid overselling or stockouts.
- Upload new products with accurate titles, descriptions, bullet points, and keywords.
- Work with the content and design team to ensure images and details meet platform guidelines.
- Analyse product performance, sales reports, and customer feedback to identify trends and improvement areas.
- Monitor marketplace dashboards for performance metrics (Buy Box, cancellation rate, late dispatch rate, etc. ).
- Coordinate for deals, coupons, and promotional events (Big Billion Day, Great Indian Sale, etc. ).
- Ensure correct setup of discounts and offers on marketplaces.
- Track returns, wrong product claims, and customer complaints raised on marketplaces.
- Coordinate with the customer support and warehouse team for quick resolution.
- Share daily / weekly reports on sales, returns, and marketplace performance with management.
Requirements
- Knowledge of major marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Tata Cliq, etc. )
- Familiar with Unicommerce / Shopify / Seller Panels.
- Good Excel and reporting skills.
- Understanding of listing optimisation and keyword usage.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
