E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order management, and improving the overall customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms

Monitor inventory, pricing, and stock levels

Process and track customer orders, returns, and exchanges

Coordinate with logistics and customer support teams

Run promotions, discounts, and campaigns on marketplaces

Analyze sales performance and prepare basic reports

Ensure product content (images, descriptions) is accurate and optimized

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

13 years of experience in e-commerce or digital platforms

Familiarity with platforms like Amazon, Shopaccino, Etsy, Ajio, Tatacliq etc.

Basic knowledge of Excel and data analysis

Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

Understanding of SEO and online merchandising

Experience with digital marketing tools or ads

Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
