About us

Focus Elixir is a founder-led D2C wellness brand building India's first focus shot. We're early, we move fast, and we'd rather ship and learn than sit in meetings. The role

You'll own the entire back end of how our product reaches customers — across our website, marketplaces, and quick-commerce. Orders go out clean, on time, and nothing stocks out. You'll work directly with the founder, largely unsupervised, across platforms.

What you'll do

Order & dispatch operations

• Manage daily orders across Amazon, Flipkart, and our Shopify website
• Generate labels, coordinate packing (a packer supports you), and schedule courier pickups
• Monitor shipping, track deliveries, and handle returns, refunds, and SAFE-T / replacement claims
• Own RTO and NDR — keep return-to-origin low and chase failed deliveries

Store & catalog management

• Build and maintain listings across Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Shopify
• Keep listing health clean — titles, images, content, suppression issues, category compliance

Reporting

• Build and update operational reports bi-weekly — orders, inventory, RTO/NDR, sell-through, stock-out incidents
• Flag problems early with numbers, not vibes

Must-haves

• 1-3 years in D2C or marketplace operations
• Hands-on with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub — listing, catalog, fulfilment, returns
• Comfortable running Shopify order operations
• Strong with logistics workflows — label/manifest generation, pickup scheduling, courier dashboards (Shiprocket / Delhivery / similar), and RTO/NDR handling
• Excel / Google Sheets at a real level — pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reconciliation. Non-negotiable.
• A planner's head for inventory: you understand that don't stock out also means don't over-send and let it expire
• Self-starter who solves problems instead of escalating them

Nice-to-haves (not required)

• Experience running Amazon Sponsored Products / Flipkart PLA campaigns
• Prior quick-commerce (Zepto / Blinkit / Instamart) experience
• Background at a food, FMCG, or supplement brand — you already get FSSAI labeling and batch/expiry handling
