E-Commerce Operations Executive

Job Title: E-Commerce Operations Executive Trainee

We are looking for an E-Commerce Operations Executive Trainee for a 3-month training with an initial stipend of Rs. 15000/per Month followed by a permanent job role offer and salary review based on performance.

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented fresher to join our E-Commerce Operations Trainee team. This role suits a candidate who has completed one or two internships involving Excel, data reporting, cataloguing, order tracking, or e-commerce operations. You will receive guidance while working on Amazon Vendor Central and other marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support purchase order tracking, shipment creation, and issue resolution on Amazon Vendor Central.
• Check product listings for accurate content, pricing, and stock information.
• Track orders, returns, inventory, and fulfilment updates across e-commerce platforms.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with sales, supply chain, finance, and other teams to resolve operational issues.
• Identify data errors, follow up on discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
• Learn to track operational KPIs and suggest process improvements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate in any discipline; postgraduates may also apply.
• One or two relevant internships involving Excel, MIS, data handling, e-commerce, or operations.
• Working knowledge of Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
• Good attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and reports.
• Clear communication skills and willingness to coordinate with multiple teams.
• Ability to organise tasks, meet deadlines, and learn new platforms quickly.
• Familiarity with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, or similar platforms is an advantage. Prior Vendor Central experience is not required.
