About The Role
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Listing & Catalog Executive who specializes in creating, optimizing, and managing product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of marketplace listing optimization, catalog management, keyword research, variation creation, and product discoverability.
The primary focus of this role will be improving listing quality, search rankings, conversion rates, and catalog health across marketplaces. Experience in marketplace advertising is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Product Listing & Catalog Management (Primary Responsibility)
- Create and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify.
- Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and attributes for maximum visibility and conversion.
- Conduct keyword research to improve organic ranking and discoverability.
- Create and manage bundles, and catalog structures.
- Upload listings through bulk sheets and marketplace tools.
- Ensure product information is accurate, complete, and compliant with marketplace guidelines.
- Coordinate with design and content teams for listing images, infographics, A+ Content, and brand content.
- Monitor and improve listing quality scores and catalog health.
- Resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, attribute issues, and category mapping problems.
- Regularly audit listings and update content based on marketplace trends and competitor analysis.
- Manage catalog expansion for new product launches.
Marketplace SEO & Content Optimization
- Perform marketplace SEO for Amazon and Flipkart.
- Optimize listings using relevant high-volume keywords.
- Analyze competitors listings and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Improve product conversion rates through content enhancements.
- Monitor organic keyword rankings and listing performance.
Shopify Store Management
- Upload and maintain products on Shopify.
- Organize collections, product categories, tags, and filters.
- Ensure consistency of product content across all sales channels.
Required Skills
Mandatory
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
- Strong experience with Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Experience managing Shopify product catalogs.
- Expertise in listing creation and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO and Flipkart listing practices.
- Experience with variation listings and bulk catalog uploads.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and catalog management skills.
Preferred
- Experience with A+ Content and Brand Store management.
- Knowledge of Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataHawk, or similar tools.
- Understanding of Amazon and Flipkart advertising.
- Basic image editing and content management knowledge.
